We performed three tasks to check the usability of our mobile application. Tom is a traveler, loves to take road trips at any time of the year. The interview included the following questions: The three interviews greatly helped in finalizing our target users and identifying their key requirements and problem faced. Our primary research was focused on interviewing people who love to travel on road trips.
